• You agree to abide by the rules and conduct guidelines set by the studio.

2. Payments and Refunds

• All payments made to AJ Dance Studio are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Payments must be made in advance to confirm your spot in classes, workshops, or events.

• Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of a double payment due to technical errors.

3. Class Policies

• Punctuality:

• Conduct:

4. Media and Photography

• AJ Dance Studio reserves the right to photograph or record classes, workshops, and events for promotional purposes.

• By enrolling, you consent to the use of your image or footage in marketing materials, including social media, website, and advertisements.

• If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before your session.

5. Liability Waiver

• Dance activities involve physical exertion. By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in these activities.

  • AJ Dance Studio is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during classes or performances.

• You agree to release and hold harmless AJ Dance Studio, its instructors, and staff from any claims related to injury or damages.

6. Cancellations and Studio Changes

• Studio Cancellations:

  • In case of cancellations by AJ Dance Studio (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues), a make-up session or credit will be provided.

  • No cash refunds will be issued.

• Schedule Changes:

  • The studio reserves the right to change the class schedule or instructor without prior notice.

7. Non-Transferability

• Enrollments, memberships, and bookings are non-transferable.

• You cannot transfer your spot or payment to another individual.

8. Intellectual Property

• All choreography, teaching materials, and content created by AJ Dance Studio are protected by copyright laws.

• You are not allowed to record, reproduce, or share class content without written permission.

• Unauthorized use of studio material is subject to legal action.

9. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students.

• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct will lead to immediate dismissal without a refund.
