1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AJ Dance Studio are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dance class fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
• Workshop and event registrations
• Acting, modeling, and casting registration fees
• Private dance sessions and personal coaching
• Merchandise, costumes, or accessories purchased through us

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or transferred to another individual.

2. Class Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If a class is canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, venue issues), we will provide a make-up session at a later date.
• If a student misses a scheduled class, no refunds or compensations will be provided. However, they may request to attend another session at the studio’s discretion.

3. Membership & Course Validity

• Each course or membership has a fixed validity period. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward beyond this period.
• If a student wishes to pause their course due to medical emergencies, they must submit valid proof, and the management will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Event & Workshop Registrations

• Registration fees for any special events, competitions, or workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will remain valid for the new date.

5. Payment Disputes

• Any disputes regarding payments should be reported to info@danza.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
• AJ Dance Studio reserves the right to resolve payment issues at its sole discretion.

6. Policy Changes

AJ Dance Studio reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Voluntary Registration Policy

Dance, acting, and modeling are forms of artistic expression, and participation in these fields is entirely voluntary. By registering for our courses, you acknowledge that you are joining of your own free will and have not been forced or coerced into participation.
